We design, sample, and produce fully custom apparel for amateur and university American football teams — at zero cost to you. We take on the risk, the production, and the fulfilment. In return, we're looking for teams who are genuinely serious and want to be part of the design process.

Fill out our form with your team's vision, branding, and — importantly — source imagery and logos where you have them. The more detail and material you give us, the better we can judge whether this is the right fit.
Every design costs us real time and money before a single sale happens, so we're selective about who we take forward. Detailed, thoughtful submissions with source material are far more likely to move ahead than a bare-bones form.
If we think it's a good fit, we'll come back with an initial design concept — no cost, no obligation.
One round of changes is included. Send us everything you'd like adjusted in a single message, ideally within 48 hours, and we'll update the design. Teams who stay responsive at this stage are exactly who we want to be working with. Further changes can be arranged at extra cost.
Once you approve the final design, your custom collection launches on our store for your team, fans and supporters to shop — designed, produced, and fulfilled entirely by us, at zero cost to your team throughout.

Does our team need to pay anything upfront?
No — there's no upfront cost or activation fee. Provided your team stays engaged through the process and we agree it's a good fit, you won't pay us anything at any stage.
Can we order a bulk batch for our team instead?
Everything is made to order by default, so there's no obligation to buy in bulk. But if your team wants a wholesale batch order, get in touch directly and we'll talk pricing and minimums separately from the standard collab process.
What do you need from us to get started?
Detailed answers on the enquiry form, plus source imagery and logos wherever you have them. We take on the design, sampling, and production cost ourselves, so we can only move forward with teams who give us enough to work with — a form with a few short answers and no imagery usually isn't enough for us to say yes.
How long does it take from enquiry to launch?
It varies by team, but expect roughly a couple of weeks from your first enquiry to a finished design, plus about a week for production and shipping once you're live.
What if we want more changes after our round of feedback?
One round of changes is included, so we ask you to send all your feedback in a single message. If you'd like further changes after that, just get in touch and we'll let you know what's involved and the cost.
Do we earn commission or get a discount code for our team?
We no longer run commission or referral discount codes on team collabs — No Huddle takes on the full cost and risk of design, sampling, production, shipping and fulfilment, so collections are sold at full price with no revenue share. This also means there's no commission arrangement for your team to clear with a students' union or club committee, which was creating real delays under the old model. If your team wants to buy in bulk instead, we offer wholesale discount pricing — the more you order, the more you save. That's a great way to get the whole squad kitted out at a lower cost, or if you'd rather, buy at wholesale and resell to your own players at full retail — the choice, and any margin, is entirely yours.
Who handles customer service, shipping, and returns?
We do — start to finish. Your team has no fulfilment responsibilities at all.
