No — you only pay once you've seen and approved a design you're happy with.
Do we need to hold stock or pay for inventory?
No. Everything is made to order, so there's no bulk buying and nothing sitting in a cupboard unsold.
How long does it take from enquiry to launch?
It varies by team, but expect roughly a couple of weeks from your first enquiry to a finished sample, plus about a week for production and shipping once you're live.
What happens if we want changes after our 3 revisions?
Further rounds can be arranged — just get in touch and we'll sort out what's needed.
How and when do we get paid our commission?
10% of every sale made through your team's referral link or discount code, paid monthly.
Who handles customer service, shipping, and returns?
We do — start to finish. Your team has no fulfilment responsibilities at all.
